While through the medium of hip-hop we would like to reach those in the body of CHRIST, its more about takin people to a higher level spiritually especially those that are in the STREETS!!!!
I agree. I really don't have time to analyze Jay Z. I respect him greatly as an artist, but I don't care for the lyrics because his lifestyle is different from mine or anyone else who actually walks the word they profess. Not only that but he calls himself J-Hova, which is a bit much for me. But, like I said, I respect him as an artist as I respect all artists, I don't have to agree with the content, the world is going to do what the world does, the problem is the church should be doing what the church does, but universally we are not, it's up to each individual to make sure they are walking the talk and living a kingdom life. If you know for sure you are doing that, then you know for sure where you are headed.
